Default Hit another road block .... rear brake hose problem

Ok ... with the rearend changeout I bought the drum to disc conversion. Went to work on this today and immediately found a new problem.
the 85 apparently had a different brake line from the master cylinder to the rear of the car than the 87 up. Has to do with the way the exhaust was ran. I varrified this at Oreillys. I want to run braided stainless lines so I bought the Maximum Motorsports braided line for the 87 ( also have the braided lines for the front)
The problem is the end of the brake hose where it connects to the line coming back from the master cylinder is different. The 85 had a flared fitting on the end of the hose that the line coming back from the master cylinder threads into.
The 87 hose has a banjo fitting.

So ..... looking at Latemodel I find this kit

87-93 Brake Line Kit, 5.0L, Stainless Steel, Except 93 Cobra by Classic Tube at LRS - Same Day Shipping!

I intend on replacing the crossmember and having dual exhaust so would this be the best route to take and get the kit and just run the new lines?

you may as well as long as they will bolt up to your m/c and prop valve since the lines on your car are 24years old

I'm gonna be calling ssbc and latemodel on Monday -- I looked under there and man I really really really dont wanna have to run those lines if I dont have to

I also opened the box of one of the rear disc today and noticed that they are only slotted -- they are not cross drilled -- the ones I bought for the front are both cross drilled and slotted --- need to find out if I can exchange them
