Exclamation Something I never thought to ask before...
On the 5.0L HO in my 1990 LX, is the fuel injection system sequential (each injector fires seperatly according to the firing order) or just a regular multi point (injectors are fired in groups or pairs). As far as I know having sequential would need a crank and/or camshaft sensor(s) in order to work.

Can anybody shed some light?

yes they are sequential.
