Anyone here know if 85-93 fox mustangs tail lights will interchange? I have a 85 and one of the tail lights have a crack in it and I was thinking of getting a later model tail light like 89 model Etc since they cost about half as much.

yup they sure will, they just pop off and there is some kinda of silicone that holds them on, i think there interchangeble clear back to 82 or 83. And the 87-93 lx tails are very popular..

yeah those will work, just get some of that glue or silicone that holds them in.

The glue/silicone is called BUTYL expensive but good ****!

I have not yet taken them off but ordered the tail lenses. Once I take the tail light housing out does the lenz just pull off and then I reglue the new lenses on with that butyl glue? And can I get that glue at a autoparts store like Advance or Napa? Thanks for the info.
