you'll see about 7rwhp if you run the complete set. they're all about the same. bbk makes a nice aluminum set. i have a steel set on mine.

depending on brand, you can get them from $40 up to around $100ish. look on ebay, you can find some there for cheap.

I wouldnt do UD's they just cause more problems than not plus they only free about 3 hp. You definetly do not want to buy some on EBAY!

Charging issues, belt slip/squeel, belt trashed due to alignment issues, etc.

I bought mine strictly for looks, wouldnt charge at idle so I had to get another alt pulley. Waste of $. Some people have no problems but theres no real gain and I have the luck to get ones that dont work correctly.

Not really worth the trouble I think. I would look for other ways to squeeze out some ponies like smog delete, electric fan or some weight loss. Not worth what spdjnky 42 said.

I installed an ASP underdrive crank pulley 2-1/2 years ago and I've had no problems. I just followed ASP's instructions to raise the idle speed to 750rpm so there would be no charging/overheating problems at idle. Most of the problems others have with underdrives stem from having underdrive water pump and alternator pulleys in addition to the crank pulley. ASP recommend that you raise the idle speed to 900rpm if you install the complete underdrive pulley set.

Well by only using the crank pulley you also do not get the full benefits of UD pulleys.

You'll still get at least 60% of the benefit but without the problems.
