Looking to move my battery to the rear of my car... but its not as simple as just that.
I'm looking to put in a fuel cell this year, and i want to drop the cell basically in place of the stock fuel tank.. I plan to cut out a square (pretty much removing the spare tire area) so i can put the tank right there. (if anyone thinks this is a bad idea.. please speak now also)
now with all that said, i know the best place for the battery is supposedly the rear passenger side.. but where exactly? over the axle? or as far in the back corner as possible?
Feel free to post pictures of your relocated battery! any input is appreciated

Of the ones i have seen, the batter is usually close to the strut tower. Sometimes they are closer to the rear of the car. I dont think it would make that big of a difference. Mainly just place it so your fuel cell will work. If I am mistaken, please advise, but I think you will be fine man.

Best place is pass side rear but why a fuel cell? The tanks on these cars are light and centered so why a cell? IMO just a big PIA to put fuel in the car
well i assumed that a cell was lighter and "the right thing to do". i agree its a pain in the ass to fuel up and etc. but i need a new fuel pump (not an "in tank" pump) and everything else that involves fuel because of my carbed engine swap. what do you guys suggest otherwise?
nothing is wrong with the tank i have.. no leaks or anything, but i wasn't sure if i could pull out the in tank pump and make a custom fuel setup
