Default 1990 Mustang GT Engine Flush Tips Please

Hello Stangers
Ive been reading up on mixed emotions on doing a engine flush.. They say use ATF or seafoam. My question is how and how much? Since alot say that ATF is good could i drain out 2 quarts and add 2 quarts of ATF. And how does this sound..Since my 5.0 holds 5 quarts...2 quarts new oil/2 quarts ATF and 1 quart kerosene? If this is a bad idea please let me know. My engine has 125,000 miles. Ive had it for 4 going on 5 years and i havent had to replace anything on the engine,,no problems whatsoever. Runs great everyday.
Thanks guys for the info.

Kerosene is a bad idea it will wash out your bearings. Then you won't have to worry about a flush, you'll be doing a tare down and replacing parts, Mike. SCT Tuner.

I would suggest using an actual engine flush solution, that way you don't do more harm than good.
Kerosene is a BAD idea.

If the engine is running good, I wouldn't mess with it. At the most, I might pull a valve cover and see if there's any sludge and if there isn't, I wouldn't worry about a flush.

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.
