Default Water trapped in 1991 Mustang convertible body?

When I had the rear of my 91 convertible up in the air over the weekend I noticed about a gallon of water dripped from an area of the underneath just a foot ahead of the drivers rear wheel. I have not washed the car since I stopped driving it 2 months ago, and it has been garaged the whole time. I am thinking there is a blocked drain somewhere, but I don't know where to begin. This is the first time I have noticed this water, but I also don't typically wash the convertible top. I washed it in August to get the bird crap and the squirrel's chewed up black walnuts off the top. I have visions of this thing rusting away over the winter!
