Default 1988 Ford Factory Service Manual

Does anyone know where I can get an original 1988 Ford Mustang Shop Manual, you know, the one the dealerships use. They have been discontinued by Ford so I'll have to get it second-hand. My email is tjb600@yahoo.com.
Thanks,
Tom

Have you tried Helms?

Some are out of stock, but give them a call to see if they will be printing more

Thanks for the link. The manual was not available but I put my name on a list to be notified if/when it does.
Thanks again,
Tom

Just keep trying. I recieved my manual for my 88GT earlier this spring, but it took about 3/4 of a year of checking the site to see if it was available. The shop manual is the identical one which the dealerships use. In my opionion it is the best way to go.

are there any online sites that someone can look at a service manual from a dealership...like something how to rebuild or change some parts in a T-5 tranny?

Look in the Tech Articles section. There you will find a section of the shop manual for a T5.

I came across a neat site while searching the web. Check out (no pun intended) www.books4cars.com

I just ordered some manuals from them.
