I'm in the middle of a head swap project with the Edelbrock Performer heads and I already have the Edelbrock 70mm tb and Performer intake. I just wanted to know if anyone has any first hand experience with this package, including the cam. How do/did you like it? And is the Performer cam identical to the E303? Would you do it again if you had the chance to do it all over again?

I had performer heads with a E cam i was doing low 13's and the E cam did'nt really make more power than the stock cam, i only gained 3 .10s with it. Please Please do ur self a favor and get the B cam with 1.7 rollers thats what im using and now im in the high 12's with a stock tranny, or u can go F cam if u already have 1.6 rollers, and those heads are great u can rev em all the way to 6000 plus rpms with no problem, Im using a GT40 intake, but once again ur gonna a lil bit with that performer cam, use the B or the F

I was actually putting some heavy thought into an F cam. Thank you for you advice I'll definitely be getting a chip when I get a cam anyways

My next engine project will be cam, lifters, injectors, mass air, roller rockers, and a dyno-tuned Diablochip.

oh one last thing i see u have an AOD which ever cam u decide on make sure you advance it 4 degrees, on the cam sproket ur looking for 4A, the aod cars need that extra push at the bottom, i learned the hard way
