Weight transfer is everything on the strip, and a heavy battery going from the end you want lightened to the end you want weight on makes a hella diference. For $42, Summit will give you everything you need to do the swap and It will clean up your engine bay a bit also. This will help in launches, hadling, and nose dive in braking. Many aspects use weight distribution and you are trying to get a 50/50 if at all possible. You can argue the fact that $42 can be used somewhere else but I recommend this mod highly. Do a thread entitled " Trunk mount or not" and see what other opinions you get, it never hurts on the forums. Thats what they are here for right. Best of luck bro.
