Default Which catted H pipe will bolt up to Mac equal length headers?

This has probably been discussed a 100 times, sorry. I just got my 91 lx and one of my mufflers fell off because it was all rusted out. So I'm running around half muffled, and my h-pipe is rusted through the middle. As you can guess I need exhaust, so I just wanted to know what h-pipe will bolt up to equal length mac headers? I need a h-pipe with cats because I live where they do emissions. Then, I need to know what cat-backs will hook up to the h-pipe you guys say will work. I was leaning towards flowmaster(of course), but I like dynomax because it doesn't make you deaf, and still has a good tone. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

i run bbk off road h pipe but they do make catted versions and dual flowmaster catback... both these will mount up to the mac headers... mac also makes catted h pipes and cat backs but i would be afraid of them rusting out...

Also, one more question. Do the catted h or x pipes come with the holes and everything for the 02 sensors, etc...? I need to keep it legal and running right, so I just needed to know that too.
