Default Need info on tire mileage

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what kind of mileage I could expect out of a set of BF Goodrich Comp T/A Drag Radials

4k - 5k from what I've heard. I'm trying them next (have nittos now), but not expecting them to last very long at all.

Thanks. I won't be getting them if that is all you can get out of them.
Since we are talking about drag radials I am going to assume you have Nitto 555's now. How many miles have you gotten out of them.

I got about 12k miles out of my last set. Have a set now that's been on for a month and a half and they still look brand new.

How do the Nitto's hook?? I have some friends with them & they cant get hem to hook on the street.... Before you run slicks, you better put subframe connectors or you will twist the car.. just my $.02

Nitto's love heat. You have to get them real hot before they get very stick.

I got about 5K out of my last set. I sold them to a guy who is still racing on them. 1.9-2.0 60 ft times his car is basically stock.
