Well I just about finished the 79' project. I bought the car with a 9" rear and now I'm thinking about selling the rear and just installing a stock mustang rear. The motor is just about stock and no need for the overkill rear end. Just wondering what kind of price I shoul sell it for and how much does a stock rear go for. Thanks

not really the best person to answer the question, but it seem's any parts that are used, become a price only a buyer can give...........i would say that it would be worth a couple hundred bucks.

I wanted to put one in my twinturbo car, but with all of the great moser stuff available, it was just cheaper to go that route.........

9" rear ends are starting to become scarce...I just got sone with one this week to go under an 88 camaro...I paid 100 for a used one and dumped 2500 into building it and the new axles center section, brakes, locker and driveshaft adapters.

If you have one..you should be able to get a couple hundred dollars for it..
