I mean the tech specs, such as cylinder heads, cam and HP and torque ratings.

Go to http://www.svt.ford.com/flash/index.html Then click on SVT Archive and it has specs for a lot of their cars. Anyway, this was already posted about a few days ago by me, and so I've got some quick specs for ya.

Horsepower: 240hp@4800 rpm
Torque: 285lbs.-ft@4000 rpm
Compression Ratio: 9.0:1
Bore x Stroke: 4.0 in x 3.0 in

There ya go, some quick specs you might need.
