Default my 347 at the track

hey guy just thought id let u no i finally got the 347 to the track and my fastest run was a 12.05 at 112.72 with a 1.76 60ft and a .547 reaction time. the car made 352 rwhp on the dyno and 399 ft lbs or torque this is all on the stock computer i am gettin a double sided chip burned in 3 days and the car will be re-tuned. so it will be in the 11s on all motor not bad for just a little small block lol. ill have the vid up in acouple days just looking for the stupied cords lol.

347 stroker,AFR 185cc heads,comp cam # 35-556-8, edelbrock rpm 2 intake,255lph fuel pump, g force racing transmission, 4.88s in the rear, 8 point roll bar,battery relocation.
11.81 at 114 mph.(best so far)

brendin, did you get that thing to the tune shop yet, how about the dyno or track after the burn, jsut curious b/c im building my 347 now, let me now man, thanks

stalker, i see you have 5.0 w/ RPM II intake can you use tall valve covers? got a set of ford racing alums with logo they are tall just finishing the motor and wondered if i have to find a new set, or mod the stockers, 89 5.0 vert

It might be a tight fit, Im not sure though because I have standard heaght valve covers. Even so I had to shave down the vacuum brass T fitting on the driver side and its still really tight clearance. Maybe with an intake spacer some taller ones would fit. But then there's hood clearance
