Default im wondering if i shaved the heads of my stang

i shaved the heads of my 95 5.0l stang about a couple of months, some mechanics told me that only shaved 13-17 millesimes, for the injection and all that stuff. so i wonder if i go more than 17, can i have little more power without damage the engine?, i dont have any chips in my ecu, i have the stock injectors, and the stock camshaft, i already shaved 15 millesimes, can i go further, someone help me.

You really have to be careful not to shave too much off, a good idea if you have the knowledge and facilities, is to have the combustion chamber volume measured, this would give you an accurate number to calculate what your static compression ratio is. You have to be careful with iron heads depending on what octane rating of the fuel is that you use. I ran 9.97 to 1 compression with my Dart Sr's on 91 octane and 16 degrees initial timing with no problems, although my chambers were semi polished.
