Default Multiple Killings

I thought I'd do a little video compilation of some recent runs. The soundtrack is something I wrote a few years ago.

Here ya go:

Thanks, man!

The music was just something that was running through my head a few years ago. I recorded it and figured I'd use it for something some day. I liked it as a soundtrack for the track video.

Thanks, guys. :thumbsup

Yeah . . the bracket race was fun . . . the real story behind that run is that I was dialed in at 11.90 and he was dialed in at 12.6xx. When he left, he red lit . . . so I took my time at the light because I knew if I didn't red light I had won . . . At about the 330 foot mark, it dawned on me that I could break out and still win. Because we had gotten only two qualifying runs (and I knew there was more in the car because the track was coming in) I decided to give it all it had for the rest of the run. After I ran the 11.62, I used that as my dial in on the next round (which I lost by two hundredths of a second because I took my foot out of it too much . . and if I'd stayed in it completely I would have run 11.52 and broken out).

As far as the music goes, that was something that was running through my head a few years ago and I decided to record it on my home studio. I always thought I would find a use for it . . . and it seemed perfect for this vid.

Thanks.

Yeah . . . I'm trying to work on the jumpy thing. I just got some taller springs for the front. The problem is that when the front end comes up, the tires unload and it drops back down. I need to transfer more weight back there and probably need to go to a 28" tire in the back. The tires are unloading so hard that I'm shifting into second at about the 40 foot mark.

I'm also thinking about taking out about 6 degrees of timing for the first second after launch so I don't blow the damned tires off. lol.
