Default BBK fuel pressure regulator

Can someone explain to me how to adjust it. If the screw is turned all the way in is it at its lowest pressure, and does turning it out increase pressure?

Best thing to do would be to get a fuel pressure gauge and then you will know for sure, and you can actually set it not just guess, if that is what you are trying to do.

i cant believe your fuel pressure gauge only goes to 60psi mine goes to like 125 or 135 and i have a cheap gauge i think the bbk regulators go to 35psi to 70psi
