same here, installing new black carpet and i will be putting Dynamat Extreme down first. do a google search. there are a lot of listings.

dynamat extreme is nice, if you dont mind paying 20 dollars for 8 inch squares. its going to cost you a fortune. theres a "bulk pack" for sale that is supposed to cover 36 square feet for like $150, but i am skeptical... if you want somethin to deaden sound, try a different muffler. flowmaster super 40's have superior outside sound, while keeping the interior relatively quiet.

look into MASS BACK carpeting from latemodelrestoration.com, i hear good things about it. it adds an extra layer for sound deadening and heat reduction, as well as exhaust fume reduction.

amazon, $129.99 for the extreme bulk pack. i am doing mine for heat control from the exhaust system. there are other dynamat product that are cheaper. go to their website and read about the different product and then decide which one fits your need. also you may want to check ebay for the current going rate there.
