dynamat extreme is nice, if you dont mind paying 20 dollars for 8 inch squares. its going to cost you a fortune. theres a "bulk pack" for sale that is supposed to cover 36 square feet for like $150, but i am skeptical... if you want somethin to deaden sound, try a different muffler. flowmaster super 40's have superior outside sound, while keeping the interior relatively quiet.
look into MASS BACK carpeting from latemodelrestoration.com, i hear good things about it. it adds an extra layer for sound deadening and heat reduction, as well as exhaust fume reduction.
