The only thing with the saleen spoiler is that it is so bulky and rattles when my 12's are blarin'. I guess I'm gonna have that problem anyways, I just wanted to get everyones opinion to make sure I've got the best I can. Is there any spoiler that is functional but doesn't look ridiculous? |
One of the best things about Ford vehicles and the Mustang hobby is nostalgia. The parts are used/alternated on many different vehicles. That's why so many people put bullitt wheels, saleen wings, cobra body kits/emblems/intakes, mach hoods, etc. on their vehicles. I have considered putting the bullitts on my '70 F100. I ultimately decided against it because they don't make the sizes that I want (20x14 rear 18x7 front). I have even seen Rangers with Cobra Rs and Lightnings with Mach Hoods. It has nothing to do with "looking like something you're not." To tell you the truth, I have never seen a notch with a cobra spoiler. I think it would look cool....especially since a notch has NO body kit. That paired with a set of black or chrome deep dish bullitts would make for a really original notch rendition.
Otherwise, try this spoiler from Cervinis.com:
