Default 5.0 truck motors

is it true that these are 4 bolt mains, and mustang 5.0's are 2 bolt mains?

if that is the case, i know where i could get a 5.0 truck motor for cheap. would it be worth it to buy it and soup it up? will mustang 5.0 parts even fit on it?

also, whats the benefits to a 4 bolt main as opposed to a 2 bolt main?

Totally false. If you look at the casting #'s on the truck block and on the Mustang block, you will find that they are both either E6SE 6015 or E7TE 6015... The same blocks were used in ALL 5.0 applications.

All production 221-302, and 351W's were 2 bolt main blocks, with the exception of the '69-'70 Boss 302 (And I may not even be correct on that one).
