if you've got the money go for it that motor still has about 80,000 miles on it before i would consiter a rebuild
thats my opinion

I rolled over 115000 just the other day so that's about exactly how many miles I've got on mine. I made a post about it, it's called 115,000 miles, getting old. Read it. Everyone agreed that there is still plenty of time before I need to start rebuilding or anything like that.

I got a 5.0 with 130,000 miles on it and so far the only thing it has needed is a water pump and thermostat. Still has good power to, the rest of the car just looks kind of crappy, and I know the car has been beat on.

Honestly, I don't liek that price. I would't pay over 5 for it, but it sure looks like a nice piece.
