Hey guys just wondering what kinda tranny fluid you put in your cases. Whats a good fluid out there and how many miles do you go before you change it out.

I use the Synthetic Ford Mercon in my T5, its in a black bottle, its like 16 bucks a qt. but its good stuff, I change it about once a year, but I don't drive the car everyday.

Whatever you do, don't use gear oil...
