Here's a few pictures of the mustang I picked up about a month ago. Mostly stock right now. I've just done a few minor things: removal of silencer and stock filter box (added K&N filter); advanced timing to 14 degrees; H pipe with flowmasters; and that's about it. Next week I'm having a 65mm ford racing throttle body and spacer put on, new plugs/wires/distributor, and new battery cables. That will probably be it for this year. Over the winter I plan on taking care of some of the rust behind the wheels. The car has about 140K on it, so I don't know if it's worth putting too much into the engine when it might need to be replaced in the near future. Has good power and no smoke right now. Later.
Here is my 1988 GT. I bought it about a month ago.....so no real mods, yet! The guy that I bought it from did a good amount of work on it, custom interior polished a few thing in the engine bay, but damn it is clean for a nearly 20 year old car.
Here's my new toy...1992 GT auto 'vert
Dark Emerald Green with white leather interior, black top
Car didn't need "anything" yet I already changed the rear to 3.73's
well, here are the before pix and a couple after some cleaning up.
car has been sitting in ladies garage since 9-2005. only started up once every 3-4 months. so had some "issues". those are resolved and it'll be road worthy this weekend. then the cosmetic restoration begins.
