Default Where can I get O2 Sensor Extender Harness?

Ok so i got my longtubes in and like an IDIOT (Don't ever do this)..I just cut and twisted some extra wire in to the O2 sensor harnesses to extend them...well now I figured out why the car runs like a raped ape when i first start it buts sputters and spits when its warm...oh and why i'm getting a lean and rich indicator light too. THIS DOESN'T WORK TO GOOD. Well i remember reading/hearing somewhere I can a) buy o2 sensors with longer harnesses attached to them or b) get a harness that plugs in between the O2 sensor and to the computer (NOT MIL Eliminators...one more person thinks my 94 is a 4.6, I'll kill'em...I'd rather them call it a 6 cyl...after all it does have 2001 V-6 rims...Sleepers Rule). Anyhelp with this would be appreciated. Oh and don't worry the O2 Sensors had 130,000 miles on them and a few nitrous lean outs on them...so i'm sure they're in dire need of retirement. Thanks.

Default why

I looked into doing homemade extentions for my 91 mustang after installing long tubes. I also considered aftermarket extenders. In the end, i did neither. I simply peeled back the harness that contained the 02 sensor wiring. Its the same harness that has the airbag and fuel pressure relay in it. Just peel it back about 12 inches and extract the o2 sensors wires. Once you have them out and they are in the passenger side corner of the engine bay (by the heater core) just use splice tape and loom to make a Y joint. Now you can run the 02 wires up and over the bell housing with plenty to spare. You havent changed any length or messed with anything......all is good....took me about an hour and two beers..lol
