Default 1994 Cobra low idle after warm-up/shut down/restart

I have a '94 Cobra with a few mods. The problem I am having is that when the ambient temp is above 75 deg. or so, and I shut the car off after it has gotten up to operating temp, say to run down to the convienence store, when I try to start it up, it starts fine but idles low. About 200 RPM. If I turn the A/C on it dies. After I drive it a while it will usually clear up, you can feel a noticable surge in power when it does. After it clears up it then idles fast, about 1100 RPM for a while, then the idle drops back down to normal and runs fine the rest of the time the car is running. What has me stumped is that it doesn't do this all the rime. It might go a couple of weeks with out a hiccup even in hot weather. Then it will do it for 3 or 4 days every time I drive it! Its not a surging idle when it does it. It's smooth, just real low and you feel a loss in power. I am getting codes 311, 314, 332, and 543 with my code scaner. I'm not sure how to fix any of them. Any help is greatly appreciated as I have tried numerous suggestions to fix it.

mine is a stock 1995 GT and it does the exact same thing too. I also add that using the brakes can kill it too. i haven't had a chance to scan the codes though.

Hey Detach, just thought I'd take a minute to let you know what I found. The story starts with a blown head gasket. When I tore into the motor and pulled the head off, I found MASSIVE amounts of carbon build-up. It was so bad that I decided to pull the motor and have the whole thing hot tanked. When I put it all back together, the problem went away. The only thing I did besides getting rid of the carbon was a new complete gasket set. This leads me to believe it was the carbon that was causing the problem. Might be something to look at. Good luck!
