honestly, not a lot of people are willing to pay you for the money that you put into your car. Take Mr V as a good example, he has a mint condition GT Vert with at least 10k in goodies installed. A show worthy car. And he was barely offered 26 grand for it. When the KBB is at least 30 grand, let alone the after market items.

So you are going to have to find a buyer willing to pay money for mods that you have done.
