Default Windshield Wipers
I have an 86' Mustang GT and i was wondering if anyone had troubles with only the high speed working? If I leave it on low or med interval it will wipe once every three minutes or so. This is a saftey issue and I wonder what the easiest, most proper and inexpensive way to fix my problem is.

This is a problem with the turn signal arm. It needs to be replaced.
