Where can I find polished cobra rims dirt cheap?

does anyone know where i can find polished cobra rims dirt cheap? im not trying to spend 200-300 bucks a wheel.... i have found a set of silver cobra r's for 109 each but how much would it cost to get them polished or dipped in chrome?

Alot of dealerships send factory wheels off to be chrome plated. They may be able to send those off for you. The dealerships around here say that it costs about 150 per wheel but you might be able to get it done cheaper if you have friends working there.
