Default Coolant in oil pan?

Hey guys. I checked my oil pan to see if there was any coolant in it and I saw nothing. I only drained a bit of it. Should I drain it all and check? Also, I know oil and water don't mix so would the coolant drain out right away or would it just sit on top of the oil in the pan? Can I check the dipstick to see if there's coolant? One more question,...... would I be able to feel any driveability problems if coolant was leaking into the oil? My car is driving beautifully so......
Thanks and sorry for the overload of questions!

The oil will float on the coolant. If you check the oil, it will be milky if there is water/coolant in there.
Maybe I missed something, but why are you thinking there is water in the oil?

I'm thinking that theres coolant becasue I recently changed my intake and my coolant level seems to get low fairly quickly. I don't see puddles anywhere so I thought it might be going into the oil.Funny thing is, the car drives great and stays at 181 temp all day now.
So, the oil will look milky when I drain it then? Does it matter that I only drained a bit of it? the oil looked fine. Would I get a good check by looking at the dipstick oil? Thanks again!

The oil on the dipstick will be milky/cloudy. The oil level will be higher too.
