ok i have had ther original roller block cleaned and checked to find out that it is cracked so i went to the local salvage yard and picked up another roller block.The block i got today has a 31 and sb on opposite ends of the intake valley and my original has 32 and sb on it so is their a diffence and any help will be greattly appreciated

The sb probably meant small block. The 31 and 32 were probably some plant code or date code or something equally insignificant.
