1993 mustang lx convertable rear quarter window problems

i was putting the top on my 93 lx 5.0 and when the top came down it knocked the right rear quarter glass down and now it will not roll up or seal the right side of the car. how hard is this to fix, where would i find the clips if i should have to replace any, or should i just pay to have it repaired?

So the motor works it just doesn't roll up?

yes you can hear a clicking sound but it will not come up on its own you have to pull up on it
