EL gauges produce alot of or any heat ?

i put some reverse glow EL gauges in my 85 drop(they look awesome too), does anybody no if they produce any heat?

They shoudnt, or if they do, it is very little

I've got those on my '94GT and they don't cause any heat, if they do it's not noticeable... The only problem I have is now my gauges are reading wrong but I've adjusted to em

thanks alot for all the info, i was just worried about the 2 sided adhesive tape used to install them.
