I finally got the replacement for my wobbly balancer, thing is, it's kinda rough, the inner piece still have flash from when it was forged plus it's made in china so I'm very worried about the quality, how important is the balancer to the health on the engine and is weight crucial? Should I just try and find an oem one? No disrespect intended by the way. Thanks.

The harmonic balancer is VERY important to the life of the engine. Without it being in proper balance, it'll beat the engine bearings to death, causing eventual engine failure.
You'll also need the proper balance, yours would be a 50 ounce balance, and get a reputable name to be sure it's correct for your engine.
