Default Which size throttle body to get?

hi guys i need to know what size throttle body to get? i just bot a cobra intake and i have stock motor. later down the road i will be buying heads and cam like gt40x or dart.ex..and maybe 24lb injectors. and depending on what size TB I get do I need to change the MAF or is that only with the injectors? and also with these changes can i stay with stock injectors?

i would go with a 70mm TB

it will grow with any mods that you wil do....

i would go with 24# injectors the will feed most mods unless you go with a supercharger....

if that is case you will have to change the calibration tube to match the injectors

i sure some of the forced injection guys will chime in....

if i am wrong .....

Yes 70mm is all you need and i would change the MAF anyways. Since you are getting heads and cam i would go ahead and get the 24lb injectors too. If ya get to big of a tb on a n/a car i hear it can actually take away power.

Iwouldn't buy a t/b til you get the other parts.....I would how ever buy a larger maf right now since it's 5mm small than your stock t/b and is where the intake restriction is on your car at the moment..you can get a 76mm c/l and all you have to do is make a sample tube change when you go to 24's

+1 with vfast
All that stuff would be breathing thru a 55mm hole.
Get a larger MAF housing and do it all at once.

Either way, you won't get much benefit without the other, plan on getting one of them and next payday get the other, then install both.
