Default Stumble / Backfire Issue, Please HELP!

Hi, I'm new here and it's been a while since I've had a mustang motor. I just picked up a 1992 Miata with a 1992 5.0 motor and trans in it. Its like driving a go cart I've been chasing a little problem recently and cannot get it figured out and would appreciate some help! Here's the problem:
As the engine is running, cold or hot, load or no load, it starts to load up after about two minutes. If I continue to let it run, it starts stumbling and popping. So far the only solution has been to flick off the ignition for a second and flick it back on. It happens at idle sitting in the driveway, cruising, or under all but WOT. WOT seems to clear the problem, but as soon as I let off, it returns instantly. Flicking the key clears the problem for another minute or two, after which it returns.

Here's what I've tried so far:
Replaced distributor, stator, and ignition module.
Cleared and repaired all DTC codes (replaced necessary parts)
Adjusted baseline idle, TPS settings

Here's the setup:
GT-40 aluminum heads and intake
24# injectors
Off Road H-Pipe
Bigger MAF (not sure what size or if it is matched to injectors)
Crane Cam and roller rockers (not sure which ones yet)
Custom headers
T-5 Tranny
Second Gen RX7 rear with IRS

Thanks in advance for the help! If I can get it running by the 19th, I'll post my timeslips

That's an odd one. I'd say check your fuel pressure. It may be a bad/misadjusted pressure regulator.

What fuel pump are you using? I'm wondering if you're getting enough fuel up to the injectors.

not exactly sure, but the paerwork says 190lph. I also pulled the codes and got a system rich error on both o2 sensors. I think the issue is too much fuel, or not enough spark. Does anyone think it could be an ignition thing? Maybe the ignition switch at the key? I'm really scratching here...
