Question 1991 Mustang LX Passenger Power Window Problem

I have a 91 LX 5.0. The passenger side window will not roll down. The motor is good and the switch is good, I have tested them. The window won't even roll down if I press the button on the drivers side door. Anybody ever had this problem and any idea of how to diagnose it?
Thanks!

Either that or it's the wiring. How do you know the button and motor is good, are they new? Both tend to go out without warning.

take the elevetor motor out, its 3 bolts, and test it direct with a battery, switch the wires to make sure it works in both directions, if it does then go to the wiring, then the switches on both sides, then the fuses....you get the picture.

If you can hear the motor running, there's 3 bushings in the motor that need to be replaced. A fairly easy and cheap job.

I know the motor and switches are good because we took them off and tested them on the drivers side.

I'm pretty sure it's something to do with the wiring, I'm just not sure how to go about diagnosing/fixing the problem.
