I decided just to buy a set of used GT40 heads off ebay and use the stock lifters. Questions is, will the stock pushrode I currently have in my block work with the gt40 heads using the stock lifters?

for the price i'd repalce the liftesr and push rods

but you can reuse

They'll work, I'd go ahead and spend $40 for hardened rods though.
