steering wheel and front end vibrating at 80+

whatup bowtie killers, I recently pruchased a 1990 gt convertible 107k miles on it. The front tires were worn pretty good on the inside and when I took it up around 90mph my steering wheel will start vibrating pretty good and the front end starts bounce up and down vibrating. To the point where I have to drive 80 or under. I repalced the front tires/balanced and it still vibrates. What do you guys think my problem is ? Thanks for any help. Brider5.0
