Default Paxton novi 1500 supercharger THOUGHTS???

Hey Guys.
Just wanted to get some input on the paxton novi 1500 supercharger. I have always run nitrous and getting tired of filling the darn bottle and paying $35.00 a pop and never run a supercharger so I am thinking of adding the paxton novi 1500 supercharger seen here Paxton Automotive - Supercharging Systems For The 1969 Ford 351w Carbureted Mustang to my engine build that I am getting ready to get built. If you don't already know for I have posted already about my build but it is the 418 stroker motor all forged internals, dart pro 1 heads and all the goodies. It will be pushing 480 hp N/A and not sure exactly what the novi 1500 will do for it. I am sure wonders but what are your thoughts on this? I also would like to keep my wet nitrous setup and do about a 100 shot when dragging or racing. Has anyone ever used or know of anyone who has used this setup and if so what were the results. I don't see anything on paxtons web site on how many pounds of boost it will do. It only states 50%-75% more HP depending on the engine build. Any input would be great.
Thanks much!!!!

The 1500 can support up to 825 hp, so that unit should work fine for yours. Not sure of the amount of boost but that'll depend on your engine's setup. At least if you want, the 1500 will accept a cog drive for no belt slippage.

Yeah sound great!
I expect this to work well on my setup and really set me back in my seat especially with 100 shot of nitrous
I may try more but I may be pushing it even on the SVO block. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experence with this supercharger or one like it "blow through"
Thanks much
