The supercharger is a standard 6 psi kit for 1989 Mustang 5.0

I think you just have to send it back and they will switch the internals for the next level or you have to buy a new head unit.

Is Powerdyne still around?

Powerdyne is no more. All of the products that the company had in inventory were bought by:
