Cheapest way is to go to the junkyard and grab the computer, mass airflow sensor, wiring harness, and air intake hoses off of a 1988 (Califorinia) or 1989 (all 50 states) 5.0 Mustang with mass-air. Just make sure it matches the transmission you have and you should be good.
You can use the ones of the later cars, but 1990+ cars had airbags, which resulted in some changes to the harness, you'd have to do some re-pinning using one of those.
