Default 1993 Mustang 5.0 convertible Auto Over Heating On Highway??

I can run my car all day in the city, but on the highway it overheats?? I have changed my waterpump, thermostat and even the temperture senser. However when I pulled my temperture senser I noticed that the antifreeze was abit low so I topped it up, and still over heats?? My overflow is topped up, my rad as well.. I'm lost on this one if anyone has any input it would be greatly appreciated..
When I say it over heats it is not consistent on the gauge. I have a ford thermostat 192 so it runs about 1/2 on the gauge and after a little while on the highway it will run up to 3/4's and then back to half??

Since it raises, then drops, tells me the thermostat is working.
Overheating on the highway is usually due to a lack of the airflow across the radiator not being able to keep up with the stress of the engine. What condition is the radiator in? Any leaks? If the level is dropping but there's no leaks, it has to be going somewhere and that doesn't mean it's evaporating. Do you get anything out of the tailpipes?

Ask me why I ran "only" a 13.54.

Thanks for the reply!!
The radiator is stock and half no leaks.. I pulled the engine this past winter/sping to replace the oilpan gasket, waterpump and seals. The car did not have an issue overheating before this.

Then you may have air in the cooling system that needs to be evacuated.

when fully warmed up take the rad cap off and turn heater on high run for about 3-5min and the air should come out, be careful taking cap off some coolant can come out
