Not sure whats up, But recently ive been running rich, did a full tune up, checked timing, everything looks good but its running rich, fuel pressure is good, tps is at .98 no vaccum leaks, power is still there... but not sure what it can be, the car is SD and the mods are in my sig, any ideas?

Considering what you've done to it, the computer may be trying to compensate for that additional airflow it has, especially that cam coupled with speed density. It's meant to work with mass air, I bet that's your problem.
