Default 1989 Mustang 5.0, act sensor/ evr selonoid

hi all new to site, have 1989 gt 5.0 bought it as a basket case more or less, came with a bunch of aftermarket parts so i figured why not it will be fun project! well half of top end on stock motor was allready tore apart some one started putting in a rebuilt short block so i went ahead and put aftermarket parts on it! b,cam gtp heads, trickflow intake and plenum, underdrive pulleys mac shorty headers, bought this from some younger kids in town that tore the#@#@ out of it! runs pretty good but most of emmissions stuff is missing! i got chiltons manual on it,heres some problems, car has no high idle for cold start, hope fully act sensor but i cant find itlooks like filter was eliminated. now it has i think a k@n on there,is act supposed to be in original air filter box? dont see a plug for it in general area? i do see a connector lower on frame but i think its evap canister purge selonoid which is not there but canister itself is and hoses blocked off! have another connector about same place as ect is on intake, no clue here? ect itself is pluged in! air diverter valves are missing but all selonoids still there and no codes, egr vave and evr all intact but i believe evr selonoid is bad, tried using 9 volt to jump it but i cant feel it click or here it click but when hooked up in car running i can feel just a little pulsating vaccum from it nothing that my vaccum guage can pick up though? mainly car has rough idle and seems to be searching, no high idle, and plugs indicate rich a/f mixture heres codes ,85 85 29 34 29 67 86 i can account for the 85, 29 broken speedo cable sorry so long of post, but like i said its a basket case no check engine light on anymore, they had h pipe on it with dumps and pluged the o2 holes, i put set of sensors in and it killed the c,e,l i know it not gonna pass emissions but trying to clear codes and use every part that i have lmao,

Pictures would really help, and the factory location for the ACT is in the #5 intake runner, you could see it from the front of the engine. There is a kit that relocates that sensor to the air box because the theory is not to have that sensor on the hot lower intake. I've relocated mine over near the air box and it runs fine.

hey eagle, thanks for the reply, ill get some pics this weekend, just so you know, tps, iac, egr valve all new, complete tune up,timing set at 10 per manual, not sure if thats ok with b cam? i read 12 to 14 but 14 seems to be pushing it so its at 10, i could be wrong though! vaccum from source is 11 at 750 rpm, and thats using factory tach, which doesnt seem all that accurate? thanks again, oh no vaccum leaks that i can detect anyway,
