what are drag radials and lifters

Hey guys I don't mean to sound stupid but what are drag radials and lifters and what are they specially used for.

Drag radials are a soft compound radial tires used for traction.

I'm not sure what you mean by lifters. In the rear suspension you could use what they call lift bars for traction. what they do is use the rotation of the rear axle to "lift" the car. This will in turn push down on the rear wheels aiding in traction

Thank sjustnlx for that info. This guy treied to sell me some i think etstreet drag lifter for 200 bucks. I wa sjust wonder. I don't think I need any because I'm just doing at little street and not drag.
