1992 Mustang Fox 4cyl swap to carb v8, what do i need?

I just inherited a stock 92 Fox 4cyl notchback and I am very interested in a conversion to 302 carb v8 or possibly a 351w. I have never owned a mustang before I have always been a mini trucker but I want loud nasty power now instead of just being low to the ground. Im turning to the forum to see if i could get a list of the things i would need to do this swap so i can put a plan and budget together. Thanks guys look forward to some info.
