well im looking for new valve springs for my GT40p heads which ones will work??? i have the E303 cam and wanted to know what spring would be best... also what roller rockers would work.. 1.6 or 1.7 and which type i see two different ones 3/8 stud or 7/16 stud???

so what valve springs would i need?
what roller rockers would be best??
and push rods stock length or???

and one final question.... what are the better places to buy parts..
Brothersperformance.com, summitracing.com.. those are the only two that i have heard about..
