Default Decent combo of heads, cam, pistons and such?

I have an 87 GT with flowmaster mufflers, off road BBK H-pipe, BBK shorty headers, and a cold air intake that I made. I am looking to get more high end power out of my engine. When I'm cruising at 60 or so it just doesn't seem to pick up like I want it to. So I decided to get some GT40 heads, re-hone the cyclinders, and a new cam.

My question is what cam should I get with the GT40 heads and the above setup to produce more power at higher speeds without knocking down my low end power?

I was also considering going to a 331 stroker. About how much would it cost to get the cylinders bored out? Will this stroker kit work well? eBay Motors: BUDGET 5.0 302 331 347 FLAT TOP STROKER KIT MUSTANG TMD (item 200246377516 end time Jan-09-09 22:10:26 PST)
which package in that listing do I want? What size over bore? I also plan on adding a turbo within the next year or so, would this be a problem?

I would go with the ford e-303 cam it makes good all around power and works good with gt40 heads.

Yeah I was leaning towards the E-303. I'm gonna have to go to mass air pretty soon. How do you wire in the MAF sensor though? I know you need an A9L computer and the new wiring harness, but how exactly does the harness fit into your existing system?

It'd be best to get a kit rather than cobble one together, then you'll get instructions on how to install it all.
Just know there's always a trade off... if you want top end then you will sacrifice some on the bottom end.
