Which seal are you talking about? The rear windows are glued to the fabric.

If you're talking about the black pieces behind the quarter windows it pretty easy. If you have a headliner, you"ll have to pop the three clips off of the vert frame where it connects inside. Once those are off behind you'll see two nuts(I think 1/2 inch). Remove those and raise the top 3/4 of the way up. You should be able to wiggle the pieces out. Replace the weather strip and reverse the process to put them back on.

He might, you guessed the last time.
Those aren't too hard either just have to drill out the rivet.

I'll learn to get this right sooner or later. Tom is right, I am talking about the weather stripping on the front of the rear quarter windows.

I"ll check tomorrow to be sure but I suspect they are riveted to the window base. I have the rear panels off right now so i'll post what i find.

I took a look at the quarter windows. I think this is how it's done. From standing outside of the car, it looks like you have to pull the old weatherstrip towards you to manuever it out. It looked like it started to come out for me but I didn't want to pull too much since I'm not replaceing mine. Hope this helps. Let me know if it works.
